Recently, in Nantong, Jiangsu, the "CRIG Bridge Pile 1," the first domestic pile-driving vessel with DP (Dynamic Positioning) capability, standing at a world-record height of 156 meters and powered by Weichai 6WH28 generator sets, was successfully delivered.

  The "Tiejiandaqiaozhuang 1" has a total length of 130.5 meters, an operating water depth of up to 70 meters, a maximum piling diameter of 7 meters, and a pile length exceeding 120 meters, meeting the construction requirements of complex marine engineering projects. The vessel not only set three world records for "highest pile frame height, deepest operating water depth, and largest pile-hoisting capacity," but also innovatively applied a "DP dynamic positioning + anchoring" dual-positioning system (which places extreme demands on the engine"s comprehensive performance). Coupled with dual-frequency RTK GPS and the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, it has become the vessel with the highest piling precision in the world today. The vessel will subsequently serve the Salvador Cross-Sea Bridge project in Brazil, the world"s deepest pile foundation project and the largest cross-sea cable-stayed bridge in Latin America.

  Three 2,000 kW Weichai WH28 generator sets provide propulsion power for the vessel and supply electricity for all onboard equipment. The product features significant advantages in power and reliability, strong piling capabilities, and excellent performance in adverse sea conditions, effectively improving operational efficiency; In terms of environmental performance, it innovatively adopts a low-sulfur fuel system and a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system for diesel engine exhaust treatment. Exhaust emissions meet the IMO Tier III standard, ensuring the vessel can operate in compliance with regulations in all global Emission Control Areas (ECAs) and highlighting the concept of green construction.
