Weichai 4.6-17 L engines power 30-1800t crawler cranes, with power ranging from 129 kW to 566 kW and a maximum torque of 3300 N·m. The engines comply with China Non-Road Stage IV, Stage IIIA, and Stage V emission standards. Based on the low-speed loading and urea refilling difficulties inherent in crawler cranes, we have developed a Non-Road Stage IV engine using an EGR technology route, which resolves maintenance issues related to vehicle urea refilling.
