On May 30, the 2026 Lovol Charity Machine Harvesting Alliance "First Sickle" event kicked off in Lushan County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture joined hands with caring operators such as Nana and Jiayu to drive Lovol harvest combines into the fields, providing free harvesting services for families with difficulties, using agricultural machinery and the warmth of public welfare to safeguard the summer grain harvest.

  Currently, millions of acres of wheat in Henan Province have entered the peak harvest period. For special groups such as elderly individuals living alone and families of military martyrs facing labor shortages during the harvest season, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture has continued its public welfare machine harvesting alliance model. By collaborating with local government departments and cross-regional operators, the initiative precisely identifies families in need to provide practical solutions for their wheat harvesting challenges.

  The harvest field was a sea of golden wheat, filled with the roar of machinery. Three cross-regional operators driving Lovol P-series GM5125 wheat combines completed the harvesting of 800 mu of land in two days, covering four administrative villages and 228 families in need across the county.

  As a veteran operator who has worked on the front lines of cross-regional harvesting for years, Nana has always been dedicated to public welfare and has previously volunteered her services for farmers in need on multiple occasions. "Over the years of cross-regional operations, I have often seen elderly people and left-behind families struggling during the harvest, and I have always wanted to do my part. Joining the Lovol public welfare harvesting team in Lushan this year to help these families and seeing the grain safely stored in the granary makes all the hard work worthwhile," Nana said.

  "In previous years, I had to search everywhere for a machine, pay for it, and wait in line. With the young people away and the fear of bad weather, I was always anxious. This year, Lovol helped us for free—the harvest was fast and clean; it truly solved our biggest problem!" a beneficiary farmer remarked.

  Since the establishment of the public welfare harvesting alliance, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture has organized hundreds of professional volunteer operators, with footprints spanning major grain-producing regions including Anhui, Henan, Shandong, and Sichuan, bringing the hope of a bountiful harvest to thousands of families in need. This year, the "public welfare roadmap" continues to expand—the wheat fields of Central China, the rice paddies of the South, and the cornfields of the Northeast will all be guarded by the efforts of these volunteer harvesters. As Lovol combines roll through the fields, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture is using technology as its brush and altruism as its ink to write an "Ode to Harvest" on the road to rural revitalization.
