Weichai's all-new N-series platform features a clean-sheet design for the engine block, cylinder head, pistons, and bearings, achieving an overhaul interval of 12,000 h.

Components are sourced from Weichai's high-quality suppliers and developed to meet the stringent reliability requirements of high-displacement engines.

Rigorous and comprehensive bench testing ensures the reliability of critical components, including the turbocharger, crankshaft, heat exchanger, intercooler, and starter.

Powerful Performance

High torque at low-to-mid speeds with sustained output, robust power, superior acceleration, and a torque reserve of up to 34%.

No power loss at altitudes of 2,000 meters under common operating conditions.

Economical and Fuel-Efficient

Equipped with High-pressure Common Rail (HPCR) technology, it features a broader low-fuel-consumption range, with a minimum fuel consumption rate 7 g/kW·h lower than competing products and a (4-8) g/kW·h reduction in common operating ranges.

The economic speed range is (1,300-2,600) r/min, providing a wider operating window than competing products.

Comfortable and Environmentally Friendly

Optimized NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance featuring a noise-reducing design for the gear train cover, cylinder head cover, and closed flywheel housing to minimize noise emissions.

Engine features a reinforced block and offset piston pin design, delivering superior vibration characteristics compared to competing products.

Utilizes electronic multiple-injection technology to significantly reduce vibration and noise, with an idle noise level of 74 dB(A).

High Practicality

Optional configurations such as seawater pumps and vibration-damping pads are available to meet diverse customer requirements.

Horizontal filter layout reduces the overall engine height.
