产品概述

The 12M55 series engine adopts a V-type, 12-cylinder, four-stroke configuration, with an engine displacement of 65.65 L, rated power ranging from 1716 kW to 2205 kW, a rated speed of 1800 rpm, and a maximum torque/speed of 12868 N·m / 1400 rpm. Utilizes a high-pressure common rail system and a turbocharged and intercooled intake system, meeting China Non-road Stage III emission regulations.

Economical and energy-efficient with lower fuel consumption: comprehensive fuel consumption is 8 g/kW·h lower than competing products, reducing operating costs.

Inherently robust, ready for challenges: Features high-reliability structural design technology, including a flanged cylinder block and double-sided tension bolts, with optimized front and rear end stiffness of the cylinder block to improve engine reliability; overhaul interval of 20,000 h, and maintenance interval of 500 h.

Full environmental adaptability: stable operation in extreme cold and high-temperature environments ranging from -50℃ to 50℃.

Weichai's proprietary powertrain optimization technology: reduces overall unit vibration and torsional vibration stress on the motor shaft, with NVH performance superior to competing products.

Strong high-altitude performance: no power derating at altitudes up to 2,500 meters, power derating ≤ 10% at 3,000 meters, and development for 5,000 meters available upon customer request.
