This vessel is a glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) hard-chine planing craft, equipped with two outboard engines mounted on the transom to serve as both the propulsion and steering system. This vessel is classified as an inland high-speed craft, suitable for the J1 segment of Inland River Class B navigation areas. With a calm water speed of no less than 50 km/h, it is classified as a high-speed craft.
